Our Founder’s journey began over two decades ago at a Red Sox vs Yankees game, where she was inspired not by the product on the field, but by the exceptional experience provided by the Boston Red Sox staff. This powerful realization sparked a passion for the Customer Experience industry.

After graduation, she joined the very team that ignited her passion – the Boston Red Sox. This marked the beginning of a distinguished career in Customer Experience, working with prestigious teams like the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Chicago Cubs, and notable brands such as the NFL, Atlanta Braves, Ford, PWC, and the Department of Defense.
With 20 years of experience and 2 World Championships under her belt, she decided to share her insights across industries and founded Game of Her Own. Our mission is to help organizations deliver on their brand promise, elevate their customer experience, and emerge as industry leaders.
