Our Founder’s journey began over two decades ago at a Red Sox vs Yankees game, where she was inspired not by the product on the field, but by the exceptional experience provided by the Boston Red Sox staff.

This powerful realization sparked a passion for the Customer Experience industry.

After graduation, she joined the very team that ignited her passion – the Boston Red Sox. This marked the beginning of a distinguished career in Customer Experience, working with prestigious teams like the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Chicago Cubs, and notable brands such as the NFL, Atlanta Braves, Ford, PWC, and the Department of Defense.
